Thanksgiving Feast

Last week we stayed home most days to fully recover from our yuckiness. So Hudson found ways to entertain himself like laying on his nap mat in the kitchen.

Nana sent one of those growing monkeys for Hudson. We left it in water for 10 days and he finally was able to get him out this week. This is as good a picture as I could get of the monkey at full size.

We also started demolishing our kitchen to put the new counter tops and sink in. Hudson brought Buzz and Woody to help Daddy out.

Sunday after church Hudson got the screwdriver and went to work.

On Monday morning Hudson got dressed and found his phone. He wanted it in his jeans pocket. He left it there the entire day even going to stores to run errands and to eat dinner, it stayed in his pocket.

Last Thursday was Hudson's Thanksgiving Feast at school. Great got to come surprise Hudson at his feast. Here he is getting ready for his prayer from his teacher.

Great took this picture of us during the prayer.

Look at this cute hat he wore. He left it on the whole meal and wore it that night at home.

After the feast Hudson had to go get a flu shot, so as a treat for being so brave we went to Great's new house and had ice cream at the bar.

This picture is kind of hard to see but Hudson drew his first "Face" the other day. I just wanted to share. His artists Nana and Daddy were so proud of him.
